Morocco Fly Trip requires 20% deposit of the total tour cost to guarantee your tour. After your booking is confirmed, you will pay the deposit.
Once you have paid the booking deposits, you will receive a booking confirmation.
The remaining amount will be paid at lease 1week before your trip or if you prefer you can pay it upon your arrival.
Morocco Fly Trip does not organize airfare.
We will be happy to give you all the information you need.
Visas and passports :
The most important travel documents for your trip.
Please make sure what documents do you need before you book a tour. (Passport, Travel Visa, National ID cards…)
It’s up to the traveler, to have the proper documents to enter Morocco.
Check your passport expiry date and how many months do you have left on your passport.
Cancellation policy :
If a traveler wishes to cancel a tour, please inform us as soon as possible via email (sales@moroccoflytrip.com) or WhatsApp (+212 658-656249 / +81 80-8052-5377)
Deposit is a non-refundable.
Cancellation charges as follows: • 7-15 days prior to departure date – 30% of your tour cost • 4-6 days prior to departure date – 50% of your tour cost • The date of the tour – 3 days prior to departure date – 100% of your tour cost
Changes :
If you wish to change the date/contents of your tour, it will depend on availability. If a change of dates is agreed, the traveler might have to pay any associated fees to reorganize transport or accommodation.
Any additional requests could mean extra charges to cover the requests.
Travel insurances :
The prices of our tours do not include travel insurance.
You are responsible for arrange your own travel insurance.
Morocco Fly Trip requires that all travellers get travel insurance.
We don’t require copies of any travel insurance documents, but we will ask for insurance company’s name, insurance number and phone number.
Morocco Fly Trip does not insure plane tickets, missed flights or anything dealing with your travel. ( we advise you flight insurance )
We will not be hold responsible for any secondary expenses that you may have as a result of your trip, such as losing documents or credit cards, non-refundable flights, change of flights.
Morocco Fly Trip has no responsibility to cover anyone’s exit or medical cost in any situation.

You consent to our processing and sharing of personal data/information about you and other members of your party that you have provided to us in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
