Itinerary

Day 1 : Casablanca - Chefchaouen

Meet our proficient English-speaking driver at the airport or hotel, who will ensure your seamless transfer to Chefchaouen, where our enthralling tour awaits its commencement.

Day 2 : Chefchaouen - Meknes – Fes

Chefchaouen After breakfast at the hotel, start the day: 【Blue Town City Tour】(about 2.5 hours tour): As a major tourist destination in Morocco, the pure and fresh air and the sky that always seems to be blue, complete with the Arabic architecture, outlines a natural blue landscape. Along the famous Plaza Uta el-Hammam, stepping on the irregular cobblestone pavement will instantly make you feel like being in another dimension.
We then proceed to the ruins of the Imperial City Meknes: 【Ancient city of Meknes】(tour and free time, about 1 hour): The ancient city of Meknes was established in the 11th century. It was also one of the imperial cities of the Kingdom of Morocco. At one time, here was once the capital of the whole Kingdom. In 1996, UNESCO included the ancient city of Meknes in Morocco as a World Heritage Site and included it in the World Heritage List. Finally, head to the historical imperial city of Fes and check into the hotel.

Day 3 : Fes

【Ancient city of Fes】 (tour and free activities time for about 5 hours): The narrow streets are lined with shops. The medieval style and ancient appearance are truly out of this world. However, thousands of streets surround you in this ancient city, making it a real maze! This tour in Fes, which has been named one of the "Top 10 Most Romantic Cities in the World" by western magazines, will definitely make the whole day feel worthwhile.

 Day 4 : Fes - Ifrane - Azrou - Errachidia - Arfoud - Merzouga

Departing from Fes, we wil drive up the mountain the extremely unique town of Ifrane, also called "The Little Switzerland of Morocco". In this moutain-top town, the weather is usually cold, with heavy snow during the winter season. The architecture makes this place even more unique, as it's all in European style.

The sunrises and sunsets in the desert have become a unique desert scenery in Morocco. Here you will see the highest sand dune (red sand) in Africa. It is one of the locations where the film "Lawrence of Arabia" was shot. There is also a precious oasis. In the afterglow of the setting sun, stroll quietly on the Sahara desert and enjoy the beauty of the Sahara desert. In the evening, stay in a comfortable desert tent hotel. At night in Sahara, photography enthusiasts can shoot the starry night sky, quicksand light and shadow, and the moon. The brightness of the Milky Way makes you feel the vastness of the universe.

Day 5 : Merzouga - Arfoud - Tinejdad - Tinghir - Gorges Dades - Bomaln Dades

Green riverbeds, flowers, and various trees grow on the river bed at the bottom of the valley. Seeing them swaying in the breeze makes for a beautiful, natural scenery. But the canyon is surrounded by a barren and desolate reddish brown, forming a wonderful and special scenery.
The rose oil in here is a favorite market for European perfume merchants, coming from all accross the northern continent during the rose season to buy the goods. We will afterward proceed to the "African Hollywood": Ouarzazate.

Day 6 : Bomaln dadas - Kalaat Mgouna - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben haddou - Tizi ntichka - Atlas mountain - Marrakech

We will start the day by visiting the small Hollywood of Africa, "Ouarzazate" town, where many famous Hollywood movies were shot, such as Gladiator, The Four Feathers etc.

Are you a "Game of Thrones", "Mummy", "Indiana Jones" or maybe a "Gladiator" fan? You're in luck today, because here is the location of shooting of nearly 100 Hollywood movies and series such as those. The village of Aït Ben Haddouis a rural fortification built in the Middle Ages and is a must-visit when on road to the Sahara from Marrakech. There are still four families still living in the ancient city, due to the well-preserved ancient village buildings being listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. The buildings in this area are spectacular, and the construction of the walls is very special. In the climate of Morocco, the ancient walls have stood for hundreds of years. It is said that the roof is built of Bitter trees. It is also the shooting location of the Yunkai city in "Game of Thrones". The local paintings are very famous, and you can buy one for about 30 MAD as a souvenir.

Day 7 : Marrakesh - Casablanca

【Koutoubia Mosque】(about 0.5 hour tour): This is one of the most beautiful mosques in North Africa. It was built in the 11th century and has 17 colonnades perpendicular to the pilgrimage direction of Mecca. There are daylight troughs on the two-span perimeter, and the wooden structure "Mucnas" honeycomb-shaped three-dimensional carvings can be located in a lower position. This unique and wonderful design has never appeared again in subsequent buildings.
【Bahia Palace】(tour time is about 30 minutes): Bahia Palace is an elegant palace, which is characterized by a very large wall. After entering, there are many narrow corridors and arches, in a maze-like shape. Tall carved wooden doors, cut-out windows, floor and walls are paved with Muslim-style mosaics and fine stone carvings. In the darker rooms, oil lamps are hung, and the light is swaying, giving the feeling of mystery and blur of The Thousand and One Night.

We will be visiting and spending some time in Jardin Majorelle, while our guide explains the history of this magical place, built originally by the famous designer "Pierre Bergé".
A maze of narrow streets and magical souks, its cobblestone streets are traversed by pedestrians and donkey carts instead of cars, and have changed very little in the hundreds of years since they were first laid out.

【Hassan II Mosque】 (outside of the mosque, about 1.5 hours of tour time): Located in the northwest of downtown Casablanca, at the western end of the Islamic world. The entire mosque can accommodate 100,000 people to pray at the same time. It is the third largest mosque in the world and is known as "the wonders of the twentieth century architectural world".

Day 8 : Transfert to Casablanca Airport.

After breakfast, our driver will pick you up according to your flight schedule, and drop you at Casablanca's Mohamed V International Airport. This will be the end of your 8 Days tour of Mystical Morocco! Thank you for choosing Interstellar Cloud Tour!
